Role Responsibilities
- Proficient in the use of Navisworks, Revit and BIM360
- Deliver all 2D and 3D deliverables as set by the BIM Manager
- Assist with BEP development and implementation on projects
- Attending/hosting Coordination meetings as required
- Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines
- Knowledge of MEP services coordination
- Problem solving ability, clash resolution on coordination issues
- Ability to work on own initiative, and as part of a team essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills, advanced use of MS Office suite and BIM software
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Engineering or Architectural degree, trade qualification plus experience
- BIM qualification or certification is desirable
- ISO19650 experience is beneficial but not essential
