The role?
We are looking for a BIM Lead to be based on site in County Kildare on a permanent basis. You will be the main point of contact for all BIM issues arising on site, and provide technical support and feedback to the engineering team as required. Other main responsibilities will include:
- Assist with managing the workload of a BIM team.
- Collaborate with other trades, sub-contractors, and the client to ensure accurate installation of M&E services.
- Ensure QA / QC compliance of work carried out by BIM team.
- Attend design, client & site meetings and construction reviews as required.
- Assist with EnerMech site staff in interpreting and amending models.
- Carry out clash management on all systems when required.
- Understand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to BIM project teams.
- Ensure integration of models into the federated model for overall co-ordination.
- Carry out field surveying and verification of installed services as required.
You are?
You will be someone who thrives in a high pressure environment, is confident, and has strong communication skills. You will be degree educated or equivalent in engineering/BIM preferably. You will have a proven track record in BIM coordination for Semi-conductor or Pharma facilities. You will have extensive understanding of AutoCAD and Navisworks. Knowledge of Revit, Plant 3D and BIM 360 would be beneficial.
