Our client is a beautiful dynamic company specializing in BIM support for its partners, project owners, architects, design offices or companies.
Its specialization in BIM allows it to meet specific needs in terms of verification and processing of data in a BIM process.
Constantly looking for the performance of the building, each project is for him, a new tool allowing to innovate on methods, processes and to be in search of savings for the project.
It supports its partners in their migration to BIM and wishes to develop its modeling division in the face of this growing demand.
As part of a major real estate project with which our client is associated in La Défense, he is looking for:
A Technical Coordinator / BIM Synthesis Manager – Paris (75) – CDI – (M/F)
MISSION
- Participate in the execution of CVC, PLB, ELE, SPK batches
- You will be integrated into the customer’s project change tracking cell.
- You will work in the following areas:
- Modeling the change.
- Pre-synthesis, validation of feasibility;
- Impacts on the project (surfaces, accessibility, etc.) and discussion;
- Creation of a change report. »
PROFILE
- Trained as a Fluids Engineer (CVC), specializing in Synthesis, you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical synthesis.
- BIM skills in MEP required.
- You will be on assignment 4 days a week and spend a day with our client.
- At the end of the mission you will be permanently integrated into our client.
